Joni Dobson
Joni was called to the bar in 2001 and joined Legate & Associates in 2006. 
Her practice is restricted to serious personal injury and insurance disputes, with a particular interest in motor vehicle collisions, including accident benefits claims, and medical malpractice lawsuits. She has argued in both the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Joni has presented papers to the Medical Malpractice Section of the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association and published articles in “The Litigator”, and “The Monarch”. She is a member of the Association of The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and The Middlesex Law Association. She is also a member of the editorial committee of the Brain Injury Association of London and Region, and volunteers with the London Lawyers Feed the Hungry program.
