Sean Mackintosh
Sean joined Legate & Associates in 2000 and was called to the Bar in 2001. Since then his practice has been restricted to serious personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits and insurance disputes, acting on behalf of injured people and their family members throughout South Western Ontario.
He is a member of the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Canadian Bar Association, The
Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Advocates’ Society and The Middlesex Law
Association. 
His articles are published in the Journal of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, “The Litigator”, and the Brain Injury Association’s magazine, “The Monarch”. Sean has also presented papers and lectured before health care professionals and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Sean is active in his community. He is a hockey coach and convener for the North London Sports Association. He has assisted with the Helmets on Kids program for the Brain Injury Association of London and Region and is the Chair of the Canadian Paraplegic Association, London Wheelchair Relay Fundraising Committee.
