Sharon Smiley
Sharon graduated from the two year Law Clerk program at Fanshawe College in 1985. 
She was employed for two years for as a junior clerk at a small London firm before working for one of London's largest law firms for thirteen years doing both plaintiff and defence work. Sharon has been a part of the Legate & Associates team as a Senior Law Clerk since September of 2000. She has drafted papers for and been a co-speaker with Ms. Legate at the OTLA Fall Conference in 2002, the Law Society of Upper Canada Continuing Education program in June of 2003 and the OTLA Fall Conference in 2007. In May of 2009 Sharon was honoured with the OTLA 2009 Distinguished Law Clerk award.
